I am so excited you are here with me. I am quite literally just beginning this journey. I will be posting honest articles here that speak to the heart of Calibrated Life. For now let me share a little about what's been going on and how I am currently calibrating my life!
It’s been a few months since I decided to start a business that combines a few of my loves. Bible study, graphic design, and people! Specifically helping people align with their God given purpose. PURPOSE! That seems huge but we will talk more about that later.
Can I tell you though, that amid all the excitement I am also freaking out! I mean who am I to start a business. I literally wake up at night thinking what am I doing? Am I good enough? I have never been a risk taker and I do not like that about me especially since I try to encourage others to take a chance. Well at least I do now. Thank God we can choose to grow :D I’ve learned that you must be willing to take chances to be able to succeed. Sometimes that means you totally fail, or as I like to say, learn what not to do! Most great accomplishments did not happen on the first try so I decided to take a chance.
With that said I have been spending the last few months researching, learning, digging. So many different things to do and keep in mind with starting your own business. I have decided I will start with an apparel brand and see where God takes it from there. I hope you stick around with me and grow with me as I walk in God’s purpose for my life and share the journey with you right here! I will let you know a little more about me as I continue to write!
